Tim Richardson

Tim Richardson comes to the Lake Forest Club with over 35 years of experience in managing swimming programs. He grew up swimming in a country club setting and later went on to be an All-American collegiate swimmer at Western Illinois University. His desire to coach swimming led him to a career as a high school physical education teacher. He recently retired from teaching at Evanston Township High School and has been doing so for the past 30. This past fall he took on the Management of the new Highland Park High Schools new Aquatic’s complex where he also teaches the swimming classes. He spent 22 years coaching high school swim teams and was fortunate to coach several state champions and All Americans along the way. In addition, he currently coaches for Highland Park Aquatics age group swim team. There is simply no better place for your children to become strong if not outstanding swimmers and divers. Ages 5—15 welcome. Private and group lessons are offered for all levels Pre-Beginners through Pre-Competitive.

Welcome : Breanna Haak

For those of you who haven’t seen me around the pool deck within the last few years, my name is Breanna Haak and I am excited to announce my return back to LFC for the 2020 summer season! I have been lucky enough to work at LFC for two consecutive seasons making this upcoming season my third. In my time at the club, I have been able to serve in a number of roles including as a lifeguard, head lifeguard, and recently as a coach for the 11-14 year olds. My favorite part of the job is being able to grow so close to LFC’s members and see the growth that the club has accomplished in the short span of two years. One of my favorite quotes now is Seize the day, or the day will seize you. With this in mind, take joy in this unexpected time with family and I look forward to seeing you all this season!
